There will be a meeting of Ashover Parish Council on TUESDAY 16th September 2014 at 7.30 pm in the
Sports Pavilion (adjacent the Parish Hall), Milken Lane, Ashover. THE FABRICK ROOM, THE PARISH HALL, Milken Lane, Ashover S45 0BA.- PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF VENUE
Please note that The “Police and Parish Council Surgery” will be held for half an hour from 7.00p.m. prior to the Parish Council Meeting when any member of the public may attend and raise matters of concern with a Police Officer and/or a member of the Parish Council in complete confidence.
1. At the start of the meeting a period of not more than 15 minutes will be made available for members of the public to ask questions or submit comments about Parish Council Matters.
2. If the Police Liaison Officer, a County Council or District Council Member is in attendance, Members will be given the opportunity to raise any relevant matters and the crime figures for the previous month will be announced.
