PLEASE NOTE: ASHOVER PARISH COUNCIL MEETS ON THE THIRD TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH EXCEPT AUGUST (WHEN NO MEETING IS HELD).
There will be a meeting of Ashover Parish Council on TUESDAY 18th November 2008 at 7.30 pm in THE SPORTS PAVILION (adjacent the Parish Hall), Milken Lane, Ashover.
Please note that The “Police and Parish Council Surgery” will be held for half an hour from 7.00p.m. prior to the Parish Council Meeting when any member of the public may attend and raise matters of concern with a Police Officer and/or a member of the Parish Council in complete confidence.
1. At the start of the meeting a period of not more than 15 minutes will be made available for members of the public to ask questions or submit comments about Parish Council Matters.
2. If the Police Liaison Officer, a County Council or District Council Member is in attendance, Members will be given the opportunity to raise any relevant matters and the crime figures for the previous month will be announced.
