Red Telephone Kiosk, Church Street, Ashover - Ideas please!!

Ashover Parish Council has put forward a bid for the red phone box on Church Street. If successful, ownership by the Parish Council would incur some financial responsibility for maintenance and electricity (if retained). The Parish Council already owns the phone boxes at Alton and Littlemoor and these have been used to house defibrillators. However, as there is already a defibrillator sited at the medical centre, this may not be required for the Church Street site.

Bearing the above in mind, do you agree that the Parish Council should purchase the red kiosk on Church Street and, if so, what might it be used for?
