North East Derbyshire Local Plan - join the conversation!

North East Derbyshire District Council is preparing a new Local Plan to set out how the district will develop over the next 20 years.

The Plan will set out land for specific uses including housing and employment as well as covering issues such as the environment and access to services and facilities; and providing the basis for decisions on planning applications.
